Grand Abhushan Utsav 2.0 – Terms and Conditions (2025)
Campaign Overview
The “Grand Abhushan Utsav 2.0” (hereinafter referred to as the “Campaign”) is organized by Abhushan Jewellers Pvt. Ltd. (“Organizer”). The Campaign offers customers an opportunity to participate in a lucky draw with exciting prizes amounting to Rs. 1 Crore!
Campaign Mechanics:
• With each eligible purchase, the customer will receive unique coupons based on the purchase amount. These coupons must be placed in the designated ballot box at the store.
• For each prize, one coupon will be drawn at random from all collected coupons in the relevant period.
Important Points:
1. Weekly draws will only include coupons from purchases made between the last draw and the current draw. After each weekly draw, the ballot will be cleared and fresh entries for the next week will be collected.
2. Coupons that win a weekly prize will be removed from further eligibility. Each coupon can win only one prize.
3. Non-winning coupons from weekly draws will remain valid and will be included in the bumper draw at the end of the campaign.
Eligibility
- The Campaign is open to all customers who make a minimum purchase of ₹25,000 (net of discounts, returns, or exchanges) at any Abhushan Jewellers store during the offer period.
- Coupons will only be issued for new purchases made during the offer period. Purchases of coins, loose stones, repairs, store credits, or other marked articles are not eligible for entry.
- Corporate/bulk institutional purchases are excluded unless specifically approved by the Organizer.
- Bill splitting to gain additional coupons is not allowed.
- The offer is valid at the following registered store locations: M.G Road, Agra; Sikandra, Agra; Marris Road, Aligarh; SN Road, Firozabad.
- Employees of Abhushan Jewellers, their immediate family members, and affiliates are not eligible to participate.
Campaign Period
The Campaign will run from 22nd September to 29th November 2025 and may be extended, shortened, or terminated earlier at the Organizer’s sole discretion without prior notice.
How to Participate
- For every purchase of ₹25,000, the customer will receive one coupon for the lucky draw.
- Multiple entries are allowed. Example: A purchase of ₹50,000 entitles the customer to two coupons.
- Only original coupons issued at the time of purchase are valid. Lost, damaged, or misplaced coupons will not be reissued.

- 18 Gold Coins
- 24 Diamond Rings
- 48 Silver Coins
- 120 Gift Cards worth ₹10,000 each
Bumper Draw Prizes: (Divided across one or multiple draw dates)
- 1 MG Hector SUV (all costs related to registration, insurance, road tax, fuel, and accessories to be borne by the winner)
- 1 Couple Europe Trip (passport, visa, insurance, and other travel expenses to be borne by the winner)
- 2 Honda Activa scooters (Registration fees & taxes)
Lucky Draw Details
- Winners of weekly and bumper draws will be selected via a random coupon pick process conducted on Abhushan Jewellers’ social media channels.
- Results will be announced on social media and in-store.
- Winners will also be contacted via the phone number provided at the time of purchase.
- Name on coupon must match invoice purchaser; no proxy claims allowed.
Prize Collection
- Winners must collect their prizes within 30 days of the announcement.
- Prizes cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or substituted with any other product.
- Winners must present valid government-issued ID, original purchase receipt, and the original coupon to claim the prize
Disqualification
- The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any participant who tampers with the entry process, breaches these terms, or engages in abusive behavior towards staff.
- Fraudulent entries, including those with false information or multiple identities, are invalid.
- Technical/human errors in coupon issuance will not make the Organizer liable.
Other Conditions
- The Organizer reserves the right to substitute prizes with equal or greater value if the original prize is unavailable.
- The Organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Campaign at any time without liability, including under force majeure events (natural calamities, government orders, pandemics, etc.).
- All decisions made by the Organizer regarding the Campaign, including prize distribution, are final and binding.
- Taxes, TDS, registration charges, and all other incidental expenses on prizes are to be borne solely by the winners.
Liability
- The Organizer’s liability is strictly limited to the announced value of the prizes.
- The Organizer is not responsible for any injury, accident, loss, or damage arising from participation in the Campaign or usage of prizes.
- Manufacturer/vendor warranties (if any) apply; the Organizer is not responsible for after-sales service.
Publicity & Data Use
- Winners consent to the use of their name, photograph, and video by Abhushan Jewellers for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
- Customer information collected during the Campaign will only be used for administration and will not be misused.
Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
- Any dispute shall first be attempted to be resolved through arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with proceedings held in Agra.
- Subject to arbitration, the courts of Agra shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all matters related to the Campaign.
